our mother is shifting, we have all been present ot the changes on the higher dimensional levels and now slower, the changes are grounding out on the third dimension. Check out this link about her rumblings over the planet in the last 7 days

    I was feeling really tired and sluggish, headachy and then when I was staying at a friend's house in Piedmont, CA (near Oakland) the Earth quake hit around 3:23am. I instantly felt amazingly better and more charged than I have in a long time. Then it rained for a couple days after and I felt as though I and the Earth were being cleansed.
